After talking with him over the phone and getting some preliminary numbers, I decided to come in and talk in person. They transferred the vehicle over and had it detailed and waiting when I arrived. I was introduced to JT and we got to work. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and welcoming and not once did I feel pressured into purchasing the vehicle. I moved to the Richmond area in 2008 and by leaps and bounds Richmond Ford has been my best experience at buying a new Ford. Our first time at Richmond Ford we bought the Fusion PHEV Titanium (AWESOME) and our most recent trip was for the Focus, just like a mini Fusion. When it is time for us to buy another car, it will most definitely be at Richmond Ford and hopefully the same salesman, Phil Noel. The other thing that we enjoy about Richmond Ford is the manager who sounds like Andy Griffith. More
