I walked in the back door and Phil opened the door for me and said " How me I help you this afternoon" I said I want to buy a car. With out the judgmental looks . Phil said I will be glad to help you. Phil was professional, knowledgeable, and Kind, With out even asking how I was going to pay he started the search to find exactly what I wanted. When we came to money I said I was paying cash he just laughed.. The finance person I was to work with was unable to correctly complete my paper work. I found Phil he immediately He found a manager who had to start over on my paperwork.. I had my car 24 hours and had to return it for service. Phil gave me a vehicle just like mine to drive, and when mine car was ready he brought it to my house. HE BROUGHT MY TRUCK TO MY HOUSE!!!!! Then he called me and checked on my. With no intention to purchase a vehicle, I was greeted by Mr. Phil Noel in the most professional, yet friendly like manner. Mr. Noel demonstrated exceptional vehicle knowledge and professional courtesy. As a 21 year U.S. Army veteran, I know what pride and professionalism looks and sounds like. Mr. Noel exhibited such pride and professionalism in every measure of the words. After about 20 minutes of looking over the Mustang Roush2 with Mr. Noel and discussing the many new features and vehicle functionalities, I had to purchase this vehicle from this sale representative and none other, regardless the location as my home is located in Maryland. I departed Richmond Ford Lincoln that following Sunday and headed back home to Maryland the next day. However, after meeting Mr. Noel, and witnessing first hand his pride in his profession, at Richmond Ford Lincoln, I was destined to return on the following Monday by train from Maryland to ultimately purchase this new Mustang ROUSH2 from him.
