From the moment we arrived, every employee we encountered, whether they were assisting us or not, smiled, offered to help or direct us, and seemed happy to be at their job. Sam Adams, a former Marine (thank you for your service to our USA), has experience in cars/vehicle sales, and it shows. Sam was able to demonstrate to us the special features of the SUV we looked at, and rode along on our test drive to be available to answer additional questions and guide us to various types of driving areas. Austin Dombrowski made sure our vehicle was delivered to us in a timely fashion, and Darrick Jones handled the paperwork and financing with a smile and gentle humor. Our first contact with Richmond Ford Lincoln was via the Internet. Both Kayla Kosiewicz and Danielle Hodges introduced themselves when we arrived at the dealership in person. A first impression is so important, even over the Internet, and these ladies were wonderful!
