Ron and Jeanine Kody opened Richmond Ford West in May of 2013. This new location provides us with a second store in the Richmond Market, and the added convenience in supporting our customers utilizing the route 288, 64 and 295 corridors. Located close to the Short Pump area, we are utilizing the same strong business philosophies found at the Ford and Lincoln store. The people are Richmond Ford West are phenomenal. Wyatt went above and beyond to get us a fair deal. This dealership is not in it to make a quick buck, but to build long lasting relationships. We experienced a vehicles issue shortly after the purchase. Wyatt took care of it and made it right. Cole in service took care of us and although the issue was a stubborn one, the service team diligently worked and got it back to us in proper working order. The service department here is absolutely useless. Made an appointment for my new car ( purchased here ) , this was just a routine oil change and service and it took almost 4 HOURS !!!
