Great Sales experience, awesome friendly staff Richmond Sales West was not the buying experience I was familiar with. I met Will K at the entrance. I told him what I was looking for and he was running around in the heat bringing me options. After seeing a couple, that were in a similar range. I actually found a stock number to a vehicle I found on Autotrader that had actually prompted me to come check out specifically. I was thinking it would be out of my price range, but weighing the options on the others I still wanted to see it. This was ultimately the truck I drove home with. Will was friendly, assertive, but not aggressive. Most importantly, transparent with the price point. In conversation he found out I was a veteran and knew to have me validate that to receive another cash rebate. Any questions I had on the pricing, he explained to me. The sales manager Patrick actually came by as well and added that extra re assurance that everything Will had in front of me was the real deal. During the closing, I also dealt with Marvin and Ben. There was a small hangup on one of the rebates that had been in the price, but was assuming Ford's financing. I used my own bank. Marvin and Ben worked with me to finalize the deal. All in all, the experience was a pleasant surprise. Richmond Ford West will always be the first recommendation for me as long as Will and Patrick are there. More
