Poor Experience I went in to look at an F 150. I really liked one but I informed the salesman it was way over my budget and would need to look for something less exp I went in to look at an F 150. He came back with the same price but tried to confuse me by presenting a written contract with monthly payments, asking me to circle which payment I wanted. Weak, insulting sales technique! More

So, for a better price I am getting state inspections for life, shuttle service, and 100,000 mile parts warranty. Our sales consultant, Dana Bishop, was awesome. She was attentive, accommodating, and best of all acted like a nice person rather than a car salesman! I didn't feel pressured by any upselling from Dana. However, I went on a Sunday when only one person was overseeing financing. From that end it was time consuming and there was pressure to buy those ever present extra warranties. Despite, I will definitely recommend this dealership and Dana Bishop to my friends in the future. More
