Great Job Richmond Ford West I wanted a new Ford F-150 pickup after crossing Nissan and Toyota off my list. Then I wanted a new 2015 but couldn't find one with one I wanted and w I wanted a new Ford F-150 pickup after crossing Nissan and Toyota off my list. Then I wanted a new 2015 but couldn't find one with one I wanted and went with a new 2016. From start to finish Richmond Ford West (RFW) worked with me finding the truck I wanted with all the options and items. When it came to pricing they were the most competitive though two others were close. Their extended powertrain warranty also gave them an additional edge. Last all the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and helpful. Brandon Jackson was my salesman, Patrick Way helped work through a few issues and Joey Foust who is Guest Services Manager did a great job explaining extended warranties and other products they offer. You always hear horror stories about car dealerships and salespeople but I experienced nothing but joy, Mr. Parrish worked with me on everything, made sure I understood all the options and the entire ordering process and dealt with my impatience. I also worked with Ms. Kayla Kosiewicz for part of the process and she too was very patient and helpful with everything I needed. Mr. Corwin Macentee and Mr. Michael Timperio were very clear and helpful when it came to getting to know my new car and financing for the loan and understanding the warranty. Mr. Palmateer had to work fast to make sure that my hotel stay in the area was ironed out after a small misunderstanding. Everyone really went above and beyond, throughout the process, I could not be happier!!
