Dana and the team went above and beyond to get me the car I specifically wanted. When I came inside the dealership, I didn't feel pressured at all whatsoever, which was absolutely amazing and the fact that they pushed to get the best deal, I honestly couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Come the weekend to pick my car up, because they had to travel out of state to get it, it was covered in bows and balloons, on the red carpet right in front of the dealership. Dana kept in constant contact, letting me know any update every step of the way, which was truly amazing. It's been about 3-4 days since I've had my car, and I absolutely love it. And I owe it all to Dana and the amazing team at Richmond Ford for going above and beyond to make their customers happy. More
