Fantastic Experience! It all started out with a pre-owned 2010 (non-Ford), nice but did not WOW me type of car. The day ended up with a “Hot little Red Ford Focus Hatchback It all started out with a pre-owned 2010 (non-Ford), nice but did not WOW me type of car. The day ended up with a “Hot little Red Ford Focus Hatchback” going home with me! Sam Adams knew that I was looking for that forever car. I want to retire in 5 years and do not want to go into retirement with a car loan. Now, I will have an, only 5 year old car, when I retire without a car payment. Sam Adams is a kind and caring salesman. He made the buying experience fun and helpful. After I had decided to get the 2015 Ford Focus, I talked to Brandon Jackson about protecting the car’s paint, interior and windshield. He was also very helpful and thoughtful. When bringing my car back for the protection treatment, Joey Foust helped me get a “loner car” and reassured me that my car would be ready the next day. Joey was very helpful and treated me as a valued customer. I must say my experience at Richmond Ford West was fantastic…..and I do love my drive! More
