They had exactly the F250 we wanted, at a fair price with a fair trade. Even though they are 80 miles from our home, the quality of their customer service is worth the drive. For example, after purchasing the Auto Armor protection, we were told that when we run out of cleaner and/or protection supplies, we could pick up more for free as long as we own our new vehicle. Not only do they provide the products, but since we live so far away, they ship them to us - no charge, JonCarlos was a pleasure to work with in Sales and Joey continues to be a great customer service provider. There are hundreds of Ford dealers, but only one Richmond Ford West. Thanks guys. More
WOW!! Joey Foust convinced me to invest in having my 2009 F350 "Clay Barred". Johnny Prince took me in and found Mike in Guest Services, who came out and provided a loaner car with minimal time and effort. Upon pick-up in the evening, the car was ready and waiting. Joey Foust provided all of the information on the warranties for the windows/interior/paint protections, and demonstrated the remote start feature. No waiting; very friendly and professional. More

Our second visit 2 weeks later we spent 4 hours with Brandon and decided we needed to think about which vehicle we wanted so again we left, but this time we did give him our name and info. We did not go back until 3 weeks later and spent another 4 hours with Brandon before finally deciding on a vehicle - which was not even on the lot - it was just coming off the assembly line! We received our car 2 weeks after that. Our entire car purchasing process was 7 weeks. What impressed me most about Brandon was he listened on our first visit - we didn't want to be hounded! Throughout the entire 7 weeks I think we received 2 emails from him. Had we been barraged with emails and phone calls we probably would not have gone back. In addition to Brandon, Ed was very helpful and gave us his very best price for all the vehicles we asked about - we don't like to "play pricing games". I know we are not your typical buyers as we like to educate ourselves on all possible options, so for that I thank both Brandon and Ed for all their time, patience and resources used on our behalf!! This is our 8th vehicle purchase and has been by far our best experience. My only recommendation would be to have courtesy car washing every time your car is brought in for service. More

We went there Saturday to take advantage of a special online deal. We were shown the car and loved it. Then they showed us the price (with the online deal) failing to mention we had to sign up for their financing (starting at 4.99%). That is the only way you could get the deal. Total shifty business. Then we got the manager involved- Ron. And boy was he a jerk. He was not nice to us and proceeded to talk to us like we were 5. Mentioning that they strive on customer service and "we don't negotiate". With such an unpleasant experience we left defeated and broken down. Was this going to be like this with every dealership? Then a beacon of light came in the form of an email from Evelyn at Richmond Ford West. She had a car that fit my budget and type of car I needed in my hectic life. We made an appointment for Sunday when they opened. We got there and was greeted by JonCarlos. He told me he was going to take car of me (downside: I wish Evelyn would have told me she was just an online person only and will be taken care of by someone else-but I didn't care at this point. I wanted a car!). There was a little miscommunication with the car I was interested in. The one I discussed with Evelyn was not the one I was looking at so lovingly. Realizing this we discovered the car was out of my price range. Defeated once agin, JonCarlos got his manager (and they found a different car that fit my needs. Brand new too. At first the price was high for me but they said they would take car of me...and they did. Took a test drive and negotiated a reasonable price. They made us feel at home and answered all of our questions (and passed my fathers questions-which were tough and of many). The process was long but I came out with a shiny new car-leaving a very satisfied customer. Thank you to all that helped! More
