2015 Ford Fusion SE (Internet Sales) 27 February 2015 I began this journey looking for a newer car for my husband, based on a make and model of his desire. Through an brief internet search, I was solicite I began this journey looking for a newer car for my husband, based on a make and model of his desire. Through an brief internet search, I was solicited by many different dealerships. While Stephanie Riggsby was the first to contact me, she was also the least aggressive and most attentive to our needs. We started our physical car search at this dealership with an intentional appointment and suggested stock number. Three and a half hours later, we were signed, sealed and delivered. This has been our quickest and smoothest car buying experience together, as a couple and a family. We didn't have any wait or lag time between transactions. Our trade-in was evaluated during the test drive. A much needed exterior and interior product was shown to us as financing ensued, and was easily included in our purchase. The steps to buying a car may always be the same, but the process varies each time. While this dealership may not always offer the exact car we want or need for everyone in our growing family, they set the bar for experience and they will always remain in consideration when purchasing cars for my mother-in-law and children. Thank you for all that you have done to make us feel valued as customers and appreciated, as a family unit. Please take note of every employee we worked with. Only dealership I know of that takes such great care of customers AFTER the purchase with the New Owner Seminar and free maintenance (for a year I believe). I am now a customer for life! More

Never Gave Up. Just got my pre owned 2011 Hyundai Sonata, and Loving it. Palmar Met my needs soon as I told him what I was looking for. Palmer and Marvin T. never gave up on me during the process of todays of two of me obtaining my car. Palmer could have easily said "screw this 21 year old kid with horrible credit" but he didn't. So huge thanks to Palmer, I can't even explain how awesome he is. Mr. Marvin Taylor is one of the coolest guys I have met in my life. He also could have gave up on me, but once again he didn't. Greg Hudak was absolutely amazing, entertaining, personable and professional, he advised me of everything I needed to know about the Sonata Hybrid. Provided me with the carfax and all the work that was done in-house. Then I went to speak with Marvin Taylor in finance he was just as amazing. He found the best option for me, that I was comfortable with. I finally found the vehicle for me and I Love it! We had taken our 2003 Ford Taurus to the service department at this dealership for years and had always been pleased with their work, and we were very happy to find that the sales staff were just as professional and nice to work with. Salesman Palmer Suk was professional, courteous, and nice, and made the process enjoyable. He was not the stereotypical pushy car salesman; rather, he was helpful and informative, answering all our questions and enabling the sales process to go quickly and smoothly. Sales Manager Ed Palmateer was pleasant and guided the sales process along smoothly. Michael Timperio with Guest Services was very nice as he painted a clear picture of what was available with our purchase. Marvin Taylor with Finance was very enjoyable to work with. He worked with us while keeping a happy demeanor, despite the lateness of the hour. The people at Richmond Ford West turned what can be an overwhelming and exhausting ordeal into a good experience.
