We found a vehicle we liked, settled on a fair price and moved thru the purchase/delivery process in a seamless fashion. The young man we dealt with, Floyd Campbell, was knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely concerned that we were satisfied with each step of the transaction. It was my 18 year old son's first time in a car dealership (at least to purchase) a car, and I was glad he had a chance to deal with a guy like Floyd during same. I also will add that Doug Williams in finance was friendly, helpful and focused on how we wanted to structure the transaction. Again, very impressed. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

I also spoke with two of the Guest Services reps … first was Mike Timperio who got everything set up for the extras on my car. Then to finish up the process and to explain the finer details was Joey Foust. The Richmond Ford Guest Services guys are the best. I know things about my car that I would never have thought to ask and I know who to go to when I do have a question. I can not sign off with out a few words for Marvin Taylor !!! I had a very "no-stress" financial workup with Marvin. He knows how to painlessly guide you through the financial part of the deal …. he also did the financial for my other car so I felt like I was meeting with a friend …. More

Not only did I find Ford the best of class for what I was looking for but Mr. Parrish was a no non-sense salesman who made the experience easy to pick the right vehicle and minimized the time it took to agree on a price.
