First stop was a pleasure I test drove Ford vehicles for over a year and had decided to get an Escape. I checked out the vehicle and pricing on the internet. When the time was right I started shopping in earnest at Richmond Ford West. There was no need to go elsewhere. Floyd Campbell met me on my first visit and I enjoyed working with him throughout the process. He was led and mentored by Mickey Moseley very well. After agreeing on a purchase, I encountered other extremely helpful employees to follow me through the full purchase. They were Joey Foust and Marvin Taylor. So far everything has been just as I have been told. -KM More

Each person took the time to explain each step and really listened to my wants. Corwin Macentee, Joey Foust, Marvin Taylor, and Ed Palmateer were the best team and representatives of this dealership. I have purchased vehicles from this location six times ( another owner),but this was the most rewarding experience I have had. I thought I would have to wait an additional day to get my SUV, but these guys worked a MIRACLE, and I was able to get it the same day!!!! More

Both are extremely nice and friendly which goes without saying, but during my last trip to Richmond Ford West, both Mr. Foust and Mr. Williams went out of their way to ensure 'I' left their dealership a satisfied customer even though I was dealing with a completely different department. Wow! Thanks to each of you for caring enough to help me. Still can't believe I bought a new car! Received the "teaser call" from the internet person @ Richmond Ford West. Agreed to come in, but had no interest in anything other than an Explorer. Received the "teaser call" from the internet person @ Richmond Ford West. Agreed to come in, but had no interest in anything other than an Explorer. Had every intention of upgrading to a new Explorer IF they could truly get the price right. Decided to try out the Edge. Wasn't feeling it. Tried the Escape - just for kicks - felt small compared to my 2012 Explorer. Test drove a used Acura RDX from another dealership where I have purchased many times. Drove back to Richmond Ford West or the heck of it. Ed had Palmer set me up in an Escape Titanium for an extended test drive. I'm now the proud owner of a 2015 Ford Escape Titanium. Even though I loved the test drive, the used RDX cost more than the new Escape and they are comparably equipped. I drive over 25,000 miles a year with lots of highway driving. I need something solid and comfy. Still love my Explorer, but I'm passing her along to someone else who needs the space and switching to something more economical. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the buying experience now that Harry Harris is gone and the dealership was purchased by Richmond Ford, but the buying experience was good. Ed P really stepped up to support making this happen because I had no intention of buying a little Escape, but he kept smiling and talking me into giving Ford another try. Car buying can be a long and tiring experience, but everyone pitched in and did their part to make this happen. It was a good experience. Palmer paved the way for Mike T to showcase the paint and glass protection products - true teamwork. There was a new manager there, I don't remember his name, but he's really good - kept us at ease throughout the entire process. I think it was his first day @ this dealership, but certainly not his first rodeo. Chris, I guess we'll still be working together. I still can't believe I've sold my Explorer, but I'll get used to the Escape, I'm sure. Thanks everyone for outstanding service! More

best experiance ever I have purchased my last 4 cars from another ford dealer until I started to take my Ford Edge to be serviced at Richmond Ford West in 2014. The customer service is not comparable to other dealerships. For my service I have dealt with Kent who has always been professional, prompt and just a pleasure to deal with. I knew then that in the near future i will purchase my next car at Richmond Ford West. I worked with Floyd Campbell, who is new to the company but surely not new to customer service! He was wonderful to work with. At all times he was professional, honest and I felt he kept the interest of the customer in mind while working thru the process with me. When I left the dealer ship with my new Ford Explorer I felt that I bought the car from my best friend and family. Mickey and Doug were wonderful as well, but I think Michael Timperio has probably the hardest job there! Selling service to customers is very difficult because the customer is thinking of the additional cost. Michael did a wonderful job explaining the services available from Ford as well as additional services that can be purchased. I felt so comfortable with the information he provided that I signed up for the first time ever for exterior protection- given my overall experience, I will highly recommend Richmond West Ford for their service and look forward for a long partnership with them.
