The car wasn't on their lot but our salesman, JonCarlos, found it in Manassas, Virginia and it was delivered to Richmond in a timely manner. The vehicle had every single feature we asked for and our salesman gave us a tutorial of the features. The staff members couldn't have been nicer to work with, even the very friendly receptionists. Joey Foust, from Guest Services, was very thorough explaining the additional options for the vehicle and was not pushy like some people we have dealt with at other dealerships. Doug Williams, from Finance, made the purchasing process the quickest and most painless experience we have ever had and we've purchased many vehicles over the years.
