F250 - Great Richmond Ford West experience Everyone at Richmond Ford West was great; they were helpful and patient as I worked through what was best for our needs and searched the eastern half Everyone at Richmond Ford West was great; they were helpful and patient as I worked through what was best for our needs and searched the eastern half of the US for a specific F150 configuration which wasn't available. Since I didn't want to order and wait, they helped find an F250 which gives us more capability than we would have had for a similar price. They jumped through hoops to get and install a few options and were great about keeping me informed while everything was installed. Very courteous and customer focused. More
