I had three cars that I wanted to look at with the Ford Fusion being one. Richmond Ford West was the first dealership that I decided to start my search with. I went with the intention of just looking to gather information. I ended up purchasing a used 2012 Ford Fusion that was loaded with very low mileage. The staff was amazing! They explained everything in great detail and never spoke down to me or treated me like I was stupid. They were also not overly pushy as some salespeople can be but allowed me to take my time. I never felt rushed or bullied into making a decision. The entire experience was very pleasant, and I would highly recommend the dealership to friends and co-workers. More

They had a brand new 2014 mustang on their lot that looked great. I also liked they gave me an out the door price on the car at the beginning. Greg was my salesmsn and would recomend him again to anyone. Was professional and helpful. I came with my father however Greg knew it was my purchase amd always spoke to me about the choices which I liked. I felt they gave me a fair price for my trade in (Mickey) and where really willing to work with me on whatever I wanted to spend. The first female fiance lady I worked with (I dont remember her name) was not as friendly at first with me, but with Mickeys help was able to get me the numbers I wanted. I was really interested in the protection package Michael was telling me about and then the next day Doug was able to work it into my fiances. When I showed up to have the protection package added Joey was super friendly and walked thru step by step with me. I loved Richmond Ford West and would recomend them for anyone who is looking for a fair deal. More

The waiting lounge (with water and sodas, wi-fi), the shuttle service, and friendly people make it easy to drop your car off for service. However, the real mark of a quality dealership is not just how you're treated when you have money to spend, but rather how you are treated when there is an error that will cost the dealership money. Every repair shop screws up sometimes. After an unnecessarily expensive repair to my 2003 Focus I sent a complaint to the service manager, explaining why. Within the same day I received calls from the service manager and the general manager both with apologies for the excessive repairs, thanks for letting them know of the problem, assurances that the problem would be addressed, AND a refund of the repair bill. Their concern with my satisfaction was absolutely sincere as was their concern that work be done right. It takes honorable people to actually DO right, not just talk about it. I'm impressed enough to come back. More
