I went in looking for a used car and ended up buying a new 2013 model. I was offered what I feel was a fair price for my trade-in, as well as a good deal on a new car. The car I purchased was in the showroom so had to be moved outside. When I got in for the test drive, I noticed the oil light was on. Turns out is was a low battery from not being used. George Adkins personally ordered a brand new battery installed. More

Corwin is the best/friendliest sales person I have worked with so far. his kindness and helpfulness earned my trust and eventually helped me get the vehicle i wanted. after working some numbers with Doug Williams, the finance guy. i was introduced to Michael Timperio and Joey Foust. Michael and Joey went over the details about warranty and some features about my new car that were very handy. overall my experience with the people at Richmond Ford (West) was nothing but great! all around just awesome. I even got follow up phone calls from Stephanie to make sure i was delighted with my purchase and to see if i needed anything else.
