Ron and Jeanine Kody opened Richmond Ford West in May of 2013. This new location provides us with a second store in the Richmond Market, and the added convenience in supporting our customers utilizing the route 288, 64 and 295 corridors. Located close to the Short Pump area, we are utilizing the same strong business philosophies found at the Ford and Lincoln store. We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of customer service before and after the sale.

We told Chris were concerned about Covid and he did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. He had the vehicle we wanted to try pulled up and ready to go for us to test drive, he wore his mask everything possible to make us feel comfortable. He had the vehicle we wanted to try pulled up and ready to go for us to test drive, he wore his mask the whole time, spoke with us outdoors as much as possible and when we had to sign paperwork he sanitized his desk before we came in and had hand sanitizer for us. He was friendly and not pushy at all! He didn’t try to upsell us anything, provided information we requested and had a joyful personality. He truly made the car buying process as enjoyable as possible. He even filled our new truck up and made sure it was cleaned up for us to take home even though it was later in the evening. What an absolutely fantastic dealership from sales to management to finance and support services! I started my order on the internet and within the hour the "can do" attitude that I appreciate so much w management to finance and support services! I started my order on the internet and within the hour the "can do" attitude that I appreciate so much was in full force. I special ordered a 2020 Expedition Limited. Kayla handled the internet order and Jimmy followed through verifying exactly what I wanted and handled the sale like a pro! Mike told me exactly what we could and could not do right up front and followed my order from the beginning to the delivery. There are no secret meetings and "hidden sales managers" here. Joey told me about the ceramic paint sealant and I am extremely happy I had it applied!! Jay completed the sale when my vehicle was built and Marino was extremely knowledgeable on warranty information and financing. I was extremely comfortable with this dealership and feel that they all had my best interests at heart and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. We worked with eight dealerships before purchasing at Richmond Ford West and in a couple years when my wife purchases her Ford Bronco, we will start and end at Richmond Ford West. More
