I have been a GM customer for over 3 decades and with all the "bailout nonsense" , decided t take a look at Ford. GM discontinued my Buick Lucerne so I thought I'd check out the Taurus. My wife and I went to Richmond Ford West and found the folks there to be extremely friendly and interested in finding us the right car. Jess Carey was very knowledgeable on the finance side and Ben Parrish was equally as interested in finding us the right car for our needs. I don't know at this point (1 month) how our relationship will evolve over the next few years but because of Jess and Ben it has certainly gotten off to a great start. More

I have never been to a dealership to purchase a new vehicle and had so many friendly people offer their assistance. Actually, it was a pleasant surprise to get so many offers of help. Ben Parrish is an excellent salesperson. It seemed he was willing to work with us as long as we wanted, just to make sure we were comfortable with everything on the vehicle. You have an excellent employee there, as are all of the others who worked with us. I will certainly recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends. More

Jason Jude was fabulous. The dealership treated us no differently than a customer buying a new car. This was a first car for our 17 year old daughter and everyone at the dealership were immensely helpfu differently than a customer buying a new car. Jason was awesome. A no pressure salesman who did exactly as I asked and heped me find the right car. I told him I was just driving certain models because I had planned to buy something else, but th exactly as I asked and heped me find the right car. I came back the very next day and told Jason that the Cadillac was crossed off my list, and now I wanted to buy two cars rather than just one. He was awesome in working things out quickly and expertly. Doug was so efficient with the sales paperwork/loans that I was in and out quickly after purchasing two cars. Things have never gone that smoothly before at any other dealership. I'd come back in a heartbeack. Michael was quick to help out with scheduling for some after market work. I found Jason Jude to be very helpful in the whole sales experience. He started the whole process with questioning me as to what we were seeking both in features of a new car as well as our budget. He took the information and found the right car for us right on Richmond Ford West's lot. He led us through how to operate the various features (been a long time for a new car in this family!) and patiently answered questions. Others in the sales process were both helpful and friendly as we worked through the details. I found the whole experience very positive and I especially think Jason did an exceptional job of locating just the vehicle for us.
