Ron and Jeanine Kody opened Richmond Ford West in May of 2013. This new location provides us with a second store in the Richmond Market, and the added convenience in supporting our customers utilizing the route 288, 64 and 295 corridors. Located close to the Short Pump area, we are utilizing the same strong business philosophies found at the Ford and Lincoln store. I had a great experience at Richmond Ford West. I love my new Ford Edge and feel like I got a great vehicle. Working with Mitch was fun, easy and low pressure. I am trying to replace a Honda Element which has several great utilitarian features. I started looking for a new car a few months ago and have been to 5 or 6 different dealerships looking for the right veh great utilitarian features. I started looking for a new car a few months ago and have been to 5 or 6 different dealerships looking for the right vehicle to replace it. To date, there has been no salesperson that was as friendly, knowledge, or creative in their thinking as Shawn Kelly. If I buy Ford it will be from him. If I buy a Ford, it will be because he was so good at his job (I didn't even think I wanted a Ford until I worked with him). More
