Ron and Jeanine Kody opened Richmond Ford West in May of 2013. This new location provides us with a second store in the Richmond Market, and the added convenience in supporting our customers utilizing the route 288, 64 and 295 corridors. Located close to the Short Pump area, we are utilizing the same strong business philosophies found at the Ford and Lincoln store. I went to this dealership to test drive a 2012 Ford Mustant that I saw in the paper. Troy greeted me at the door with euthusiasium, and had the car ready for the test drive. Mitch Foster was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable about the truck I wanted to purchase and worked diligently to get the price I wanted on both my new truck and my trade-in with.
