The entire process went smoothly and when there were two minor issues, both were taken care of quickly. The first issue was the car was missing its cargo cover. Yosuan promptly found it and placed in the car. The second was that we were charged $500 on our credit card to hold the car but this was not factored into the final payments. As a result, Yosuan and Jason looked at this and are going to refund the amount to my credit card. While we just discussed this today, I'm confident it will be resolved soon. More

I was seen by three employees. I mainly worked with Adrian Keeley. From the beginning he was understanding as to what I was looking for and what my price range was. This is the second car that I bought at this specific dealership and I am a very happy customer. Adrian even called me during the week to make sure everything was fine and that I was happy with my new car.
