Just bought my first car there and everything went so smoothly. Special shout out to Martin and Lisindra who helped me through the whole process. Everyone was not just kind but personable and detail oriented. They checked every box I had and I was able to get the exact car I wanted for a great price with the bonus of absolutely amazing service. They go above and beyond making sure you have everything you need. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything that was going every step of the way. I was completely at ease and I am very happy with my purchase and service received especially as a first time buyer.

I do not typically write reviews of other places than restaurants, because I am a chef/restaurant owner, and that is my passion, but when a company and a member of a staff go out of there way to help me, make things right, and provide exemplary service, I feel compelled to write a review to give kudos for their thoughtful help! This happened in my experience with Pompano Honda and specifically with one of there sales team, Tyson. Who went above and beyond, with exemplary service, care, attention to detail and follow-up, that is rare in this day and age. This happened on an occasion, that is very stressful, takes a leap of faith and was a large purchase order, buying a car site unseen, then shipping it to across the country, from Florida to California. Tyson was extremely helpful in the initial sale of the used Jeep that I purchased, providing me all the information that I needed to make the purchase of a vehicle I had only seen in pictures. He then helped me with the shipping of the Jeep the paperwork I needed to register the vehicle in my state and even called me when the Jeep arrived in California. Already great service, tremendous help, but here is where it goes further. When the Jeep arrived, I found that it had a very small radiator leak, that had unfortunately slipped past the vehicle inspection. it was so small, that I understand how it happened. When I informed Tyson of the issue, even though used cars sold and purchased are sold as-is, without a warranty, Tyson, alleviated my concerns immediately, by letting me know that he would take care of the issue, would go to his manager, to resolve the issue and he would get back to me by the next morning. True to his world, he gave me a call the next morning and told me to take the Jeep to a mechanic and the dealership would send a check for the repairs. I was so relieved that Pompano Honda stood behind a sale they did not have to and that Tyson, followed up after the sale and made sure, that I and my vehicle were taken care of in a stressful situation. I took the Jeep in the next day and had the radiator replaced, true to his word and Pompano Honda’s management, a check was issued, sent out, paid in full! Thank you Tyson, and Pompano Honda for standing behind an issue with a sale you were not obliged to stand behind, resolving the issue quickly, fairly and completely. Truly, if you need to go to a dealership and salesperson, who will supply you a great car, at a fair price and if there is an issue, will stand behind the sale, if there is an issue, go to see Tyson at Pompano Honda, you will happy and satisfied that you did!

I lease a 2024 Alfa Romeo stelvio and did a oil change at - markorovitz

I lease a 2024 Alfa Romeo stelvio and did a oil change at a location other than the dealership. Maintenance on the vehicle is not required to be done at an Alfa Romeo dealership under the terms of the lease agreement. I do usually get my more intensive service work done at the dealership but for just doing an oil change , the dealership typically charges around $300 more than what you pay at an oil change location like Jiffy Lube or similar. After getting the oil change done buy a non dealership oil change place, we were able to figure out how to reset the oil light, but now there is a scheduled maintenance expired message that comes on the screen when I start the engine. After Googling for a while, I found that on newer Alfa Romeo models , this can only be reset with the diagnostic equipment at a dealership . Something that I did not know before because previous stelvio models were able to reset these warning indicators with a combination of foot pedal pushes with the ignition. I went to Rick Case Honda service department (the dealership I got the vehicle from) to get them to reset this indicator (which is a simple process for them), and they refused to do it without my paying for another oil change even though I just got it done days before. I am so disappointed with them because this is not a requirement for this vehicle in the manual or in the lease agreement. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH RICK CASE SERVISE DEPARTMENT.
