Had an appointment to view a Civic hatchback. We drove 25 miles to see the car and Shahar calls me 15 minutes before we arrive telling me it was sold. I would not have driven there if I had known. He said they had a similar car in transit so I tried to make a deal on that car. He/ the manager would not go below MSRP and in fact they added numerous inflated dealer fees. No wiggle room at all. I don't recommend him or Rick Case Honda. More

So, my wife and I stopped in to Rick Case Honda last week, who had a great reputation in Columbus Ohio where we are originally from. The first car wasn’t a match for us after we tried it, so I was ready to move on and leave, when our salesman, Albert Ortiz (954-520-0047), a solid and capable young man from Peru, suggested another vehicle I wasn’t aware of that was within our specs – we drove it and found it to our liking. I appreciated how Albert pointed out the colored dots under the hood that were inspection points – good to know it was thoroughly checked before selling. They worked with us fairly as we came to the terms. The finance manager, Luis, was very clear, organized and professional. He addressed all closing question or concerns I had. The whole experience was marked by professionalism, fairness, and concern by the whole team. I don’t write reviews like this easily – it’s earned. Thanks to our friends there at Rick Case, definitely a great experience. More
