Now she's running smoothly. Karen called the day after to make sure everything was good. Her boss Wade is also very friendly and showed great interest not just in my car, but also with the other customers there. I probably could have gone to some random mechanic for less money, but going to Rick Case means I get great service, genuine Honda parts and I know my car will be fixed correctly. More
