First I want to say that this is one of the best Honda dealerships in town. All the employees are friendly and they make you feel welcome. I wish I could say that I had the same positive experience. Instead, the Salesman and Finance Mgr "Packed the Payment" with 3 additional packages/services & coverage that I was told was already inc experience. Instead, the Salesman and Finance Mgr "Packed the Payment" with 3 additional packages/services & coverage that I was told was already included automatically. The Finance Mgr, Rafael Castilho misled me, kept the contract from me for 18 days before emailing them to me. (This is when I was finally able to review my papers & saw all of the misrepresentation in my purchase deal). Sadly, I declined purchasing the model I really desired, which was the CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring, due to the price increase. However, had they not packed my payment, which is illegal, I could have left with the Touring, instead I left with the Hybrid Sport, that was as far as I could handle financially, in result of the increased payment that was a result of the unauthorized extras they unscrupulously attached. The GM has not been a bit of help to me. She is well aware of my situation, and that even my personal information was leaked by the Finance Mgr, as he also breached R.C.H. security, when he somehow had my documents in his personal email. I will never trust Rick Case Honda. They have not offered an investigation on the facts of this deal, or their unethical employees. I would love to ask Rita Case for assistance. Attorney General has been notified, and I will continue to seek help in making this purchase deal accurate. By the way, this was my second vehicle with R.C.H. Rey was amazing and professional and fair 3 years ago when I leased my Accord 2.0t. More
