His demeanor for the entirety of the sale/purchase exchange was kind, pleasant, and extremely professional. I was in terrible need of a car, and had to purchase one THAT weekend. He worked extremely hard to get the car I desired at an excellent price. It wasn't only while I was at the dealership that he worked hard either. He worked around the clock to collaborate with his staff to help me with exactly what I needed. And like I said before, I was terrified and absolutely dreading the whole process. But Darrow, and the Rick Case Hyuandi team, made me feel comfortable and at ease. ALSO, I absolutely LOVE my new Hyundai Elantra GT. It's absolutely terrific. More
It was great until the 2 hour wait to pay; in cash I made an online appointment, and was confirmed by E'Lexus DeLeon. I was met at the dealership by Joel Hamilton who gave me a great test drive. The sales manager, whose name escapes me, was good with getting my trade in looked at , and made a fair offer. Then the wait began,. I realize that it was a Saturday, and I knew some of the wait was to get the Used Car i bought cleaned and ready to go, but, seriously. I WAS THERE FOR 4 HOURS, and was paying cash. That is the reason for the 3 stars in overall experience. More

Tony Park- great service advisor I came into the service dept frustrated and confused about what needed to be done to run diagnostics and do repairs on my Hyundai. Tony, as difficult I came into the service dept frustrated and confused about what needed to be done to run diagnostics and do repairs on my Hyundai. Tony, as difficult as I probably was to work with, remained very calm, friendly and most of all extremely accommodating and helpful. He spoke to my husband, explained everything I didn't understand and then set up a shuttle so I could go grab lunch. After evaluating my vehicle, etc Tony came back and explained that my car needed to be kept for repairs and also let me know he set up a rental car for me. I couldn't have asked for a more patient service rep and will make certain to ask for him every time I go back in the future. More

I thought I would have to spend all day I worked with Darrow Moore when purchasing my new Hyundai Sonata. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. I thought I would have to spend all day at the dealership but it was actually a quick process. I told him what I was looking for, he found the car, we test drove, and he explained all the bells and whistles, paperwork and we were done. The finance manager I worked with was Dale Allen. He was very personable and explained all the financing in detail. I highly recommend anyone who is buying a Hyundai to visit Rick Case. More

Signing documents I understand that he might have to go over the same documents over and over again everyday with each customer, but I expect that we still get a explai I understand that he might have to go over the same documents over and over again everyday with each customer, but I expect that we still get a explaination what each document is about. He went through very quickly with our paperwork. I supposed it took less than 5 mintues, and we were out of that door. Overall, it was not a good experience. Hopes he will do a better job on the customer. More
