I was told by a very rude manager that my car is not a priority and they most definitely would not put a diagnostic in front of an engine repair. The next appointment is in April and park the car in the lot and they will get to it when they feel like it. The car doesn't even have 50k miles yet. He had zero compassion and told me in a kinda professional direction where I could go with myself! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! They will not treat you like a best friend you'll be treated like less than s#!t on their shoes! More

My first visit to service the car. Oil change and tire rotation. After waiting 2.5 hours I went to service advisor area. It was 10 minutes after noon.
