Run! !! My family has purchased at least 12 cars from this dealer. I called today regarding abs, traction and other lights coming on while driving with my !! My family has purchased at least 12 cars from this dealer. I called today regarding abs, traction and other lights coming on while driving with my kids in the car. I was told by a very rude manager that my car is not a priority and they most definitely would not put a diagnostic in front of an engine repair. The next appointment is in April and park the car in the lot and they will get to it when they feel like it. The car doesn't even have 50k miles yet. He had zero compassion and told me in a kinda professional direction where I could go with myself! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! They will not treat you like a best friend you'll be treated like less than s#!t on their shoes! More
My first visit to service the car. Oil change and tire rotation. After waiting 2.5 hours I went to service advisor area. It was 10 minutes after noon. No service advisors around not Oil change and tire rotation. After waiting 2.5 hours I went to service advisor area. It was 10 minutes after noon. No service advisors around not even Service Manager, all in the lunchroom having lunch, while customers were waiting for their cars. I got upset and asked someone to get my advisor, he came out of lunchroom and got my car! What kind of business is that ? Rick Case Hyundai! Never buy a car from Rick Case dealer again! More

Unethical sales behaviors and practices, don’t have a record of previous conversations with customers to understand the customers needs , then try to trick me and addition to be disrespectful because you record of previous conversations with customers to understand the customers needs , then try to trick me and addition to be disrespectful because you I had notes from my prior visit and then increase the price of the vehicle by 5K thinking that I didn’t noticed. Rick Case need to train better on how sales with ethics. More
