There is a great coffee and tea machine (free) and adequate snack machines is you are hungry and a large are with comfy chairs where you can watch a large screen TV. I worked with Joses Tavarez who from start to finish, never skipped a beat in providing great customer satisfaction. He was knowledgeable, patient and we drove 3 Tuscons with Jose explaining each one. I told him safety was my number concern since I had been in three separate accidents with an old Toyota Avalon I had been driving since I moved to Florida in 12/16. I wanted a heavy car with safety record.He answered every question I had. Jose had a Tuscon so he really knew that car inside and out. He tried to meet my needs 100 percent. I was in touch with Marty Isra The experience at Rick Case Hyundai never ceases to amaze me-just when you think that it can't get any better, it does! I was in touch with Marty Israel in sales prior to my arrival and discussed the reason I would be into see him. I arrived to Marty's always pleasant smile and big grin. He had done his due diligence in advance. We immediately discussed the color combo of my next Santa Fe. He promptly checked to see if an '18 was available, found it and off we went to have me test drive it. While driving, Marty explained all of the features that were new to me since my '14 Santa Fe. The test drive was over and from there all the rest went smoothly. Omar in finance made the process completely non-stressful-explaining in lay terms all aspects of the lease in very efficient time.
