I was completely comfortable and because of that ease, I was able to let Jose know exactly what I wanted in my Hyundai -- and they made it happen. They even called a few days later to let me know they had gotten my monthly payments even lower. That's seriously unheard of. I had such a good experience, I left there confused as to how it was SO easy. Best car buying experience BY FAR and will recommend everyone that envies my new Elantra Limited to Rick Case. Stay Far Away From this Dealership Don’t waste a second of your time…stay far away from Rick Case Hyundai Plantation. They are absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Don’t waste a second of your time…stay far away from Rick Case Hyundai Plantation. They are absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Rick and Rita Case should be ashamed of themselves for employing staff who insult and attempt to take advantage of customers. I had a set appointment to meet with Leroy Larson the General Manager on October 4th. On the way to the dealership (10 minutes before my appointment) received a call from Jorge telling me he would be helping me when I arrived. As soon as we sat down the first words out of Jorge’s mouth was I should fill out a credit application. We had not even discussed what vehicle I was interested in. He then left and drove around with a vehicle that I had no interest in. I informed him that I was looking for a certified used vehicle. I had looked at their website the night before and picked out a few certified vehicles and then calculated the fair market pricing on them. He then brought me out to the lot and showed me certified vehicles which were priced very close to the some of the 2017 and 2018 models which had incentives. Having financed 3 Honda Accords, leased 1 and purchased 1 outright in the past, I was well aware of what the fair market prices were for the vehicles I was interested in at this dealership. I test drove one of the newer basic option models and it seemed as though it was a good vehicle. I was told to wait as they were getting me the best deal. The deal I was presented was in no way a good deal. At that point I was done and walked out as I had been there an hour and half already. Considering my situation (car totaled during the hurricane), I was shocked that I was not only insulted by the credit manager on another issue, seemly I was being taken advantage as well due to my immediate need for a vehicle. On October 5th I received a call from a gal at the dealership, she was calling on behalf of Mr. Lawson to see how the appointment went. I told her I was emailing him directly to let him know. To date never received a response or an apology. More
