I wish I could have returned it. The financing manager Malik, the absolute worst I have ever delt with. Such a scam artist. Talking up more and more warranties and never taking the word NO. You have him trained well. He even used the death of my father against me. Really sick and twisted. Went from $34,900 to almost $40,000. Plus financing ended up being 5.9% at72 months??!?!?!? I am beyond sick at this. Kept telling me my credit was poor, I should have walked there. Cause they lied. The next day went to my bank to discuss this purchase and my credit. My credit was 749, not 599 that they showed me from Equifax. Your manager also said Chase rejected me for financing. Funny cause they gave me a certified letter saying the opposite. I will be refinancing this vehicle and NEVER returning to your facility. Letters to the Better Business Bureau and Hyundai are written. I know this means nothing to you, but at least you won't get a dime from me anymore. More
