Orlando, did a bait and switch on me, I FLEW IN FROM DALLAS! My brother in Law contacted Orlando, since they had bought from him before, to ask about a specific car for me. He agreed to the terms we needed, so My brother in Law contacted Orlando, since they had bought from him before, to ask about a specific car for me. I made sure he knew the car model, package and lease information so that we would not have opportunities for misunderstanding; Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited with Ultimate package, didn't care about color, cared about price. We agreed on the price and lease information. I was set to get exactly what I expected. I wanted to be as specific as possible since I was going to get an airline ticket to fly in an purchase the next day. He confirmed the deal and the car. SO, when I arrive the following day; GUESS what happened, here is the care. Its not a HYBRID? Orlando states hybrid, you never asked for a HYBRID. Then he looked thru his text and said we had a problem. He spoke to his manager and guess what, they can't do the deal I was confirmed, they would loose to much money. LONG STORY SHORT; they made me fly in from Dallas, TX believing one thing and then claimed I never said I wanted that car with equipment. The manger tried to do the numbers song and dance and I didn't allow him. I told him that I didn't want to talk because I would say things that I would regret. DON'T TRUST RICK CASE HYUNDAI PLANTATION, they just want you in the door to sale you what they want not what you need. More
