The staff in the service dept is very understanding when I would bring my car in Mr. Earnest is so nice and try very hard to get you out on time . He know that the customer time is very important to them and he make sure you are aware of what going on with the car so you don't spend to much time their. Frank is such a people person always think of the need of the customer making sure to help you in any way he can . He has help me and my son get a car when we didn't know if we could but with his help and the rest of the staff we were bless again to get another car. I must say that it blew me out of the water! The staff at the dealership was very attentive to my needs and took the time to answer all my questions. They even let me test drive both G90 models (3.3T and 5.0), which definitely gave me a better perspective about the car. After some back and forth -unfortunately, much reminiscent of a regular dealership, not a high-end car's- we finally came to an agreement and I leased the G90 5.0. Overall, it was a very good experience. More
