I am extremely unsatisfied with the work done here. I will contact Hyundai to let them know about this terrible experience. These service members are incompetent, do not know how to take care of a customer, and worse of all, they lie right to your face. Colin, the service manager, is rude and does not know how to get things done. These guys are scammers! I won't go back here again. Be warned!! More

Nice deal at Rick Case Plantation Hyundai Elantra 2015 I was looking for a C.P.O Hyundai, low in miles and around 12k total price, with a clean title and good history on Carfax. After looking for months I I was looking for a C.P.O Hyundai, low in miles and around 12k total price, with a clean title and good history on Carfax. After looking for months I found this car in good condition at Rick Case Hyundai, almost new. But the out the door price was almost 13k. Omari S Samuel was the sales person. After talking with manager he could lower the price a little. The car was in a pretty good conditions overall. I had check for accidents reveal on the paint since some car accidents are not reported to police and perhaps are not shown on the Carfax. So far the paint was original. I found a little dent on the driver's door but nothing to be worried about. And a few dents on the roof that I found a week after when I washed the car myself. After all it was used for two years and it was running like new. The other concern I had was that one of the tires was newer than the rest. But the alignment was good. Mr. Samuel told me that he can ask the general manager to put two new front tires on the car. At the end the manager couldn't agree on putting at least one new tire on the front to even it out with the other one. Which I couldn't understand at the end it was only one tire. The manager explained to me that the car had a mark down price already that he couldn't do anything else. Besides that everything else was O.K. Mr. Samuel was very professional didn't hesitate to explain the details of the car to me or rush me to buy the car as most salesman do. He even send the car to details twice to take car of a dirt on the driver's seat. At the end my family and I decided to buy this car and I can recommend anyone to buy at this dealer. In general people are very professional and courteous at this dealer. More

He is professional, courteous and great at his job. He at no time makes you feel bad for what you can't afford but instead makes you feel good for what you can and offers great advice on how to improve your situation so that you can do better the next time. I had been to six other places before coming to Rick Case on a recommendation from a friend and I was more than pleased. My salesman Franco was the same, very helpful. My only negative would be that I have to have both the front and rear windshield replaced because they cannot get the sticker imprint out of the glass. Perhaps moving forward, Rick Case can look in to other methods of advertising on the vehicle . Other than that one thing, I am a very satisfied customer. Within two days of my purchase I had sent someone in and they also purchased a vehicle. Great customer service. More
