Christmas Gift On the 20th of December, My son and I drove from Tampa to Ft. Lauderdale to purchase a vehicle for my wife,(his mother) for Christmas. The salesperson (Renee) greeted us and ask what type of vehicle are we look for, New or Certified Pre-Owned Car, so we started looking at the 2016 Hyundai Elantra in all the styles, colors, 4Door and features. all the ones we look at didn't have all or some of the features we wanted. So Renee subject we take a look at the 2016 Hyundai Accent. we look at about 6 vehicles and then I spotted a Black 4Door loaded sedan with all the features we needed, then Renee told us that the Accent have a 20 years warranty, that's was the extra nail in the Deal. This the perfect vehicle for a Christmas Gift. More

don't believe the fake reviews!! understand that these people get cash incentives to sell the extended warranties to customers. in the case of both of warranties i purchased i was mis understand that these people get cash incentives to sell the extended warranties to customers. in the case of both of warranties i purchased i was misled only for them to later change their story as to the extent and duration of my coverage (when i needed it) - in short - they LIED through their teeth. it was a complete waste of money. i am not happy. buyer beware! Professionally Courteous I have been buying cars for over 40 years. I hate the car buying process, it's long and grueling and dealing with Sales people that try to wear you I have been buying cars for over 40 years. This is the first time in all my years of car buying that I can say that it didn't happen. I was assisted by the sales staff and management with dignity and respect. Unbelievable , I never bought a car from Rick Case before, I only experience them once before when I had my car in for service. Even then I was treated well, I just wasn't ready to buy. I am very happy with Rick Case staff. Coming from a guy that hates buying cars, I can tell you. Rick Case is the worth a shot when buying a car, if nothing else it's a breath of fresh air in the process. More
