Finance manager, Omar did not explain terms options available nor the optional additional charges. When I started to question them he had a bit of an attitude which I thought was unprofessional. Hopefully, they will make some improvements in the finance area as this will help make the whole car buying experience seamless, while making customers feel at ease during the whole process. So definitely don't let your guard down when you are in the financing room and please do your research as far as what is needed versus optional, and what other financing options you may have. More
