Good buying experience We were met outside with a friendly salesperson who showed us some SUVs without any pressure. We returned the next evening and found Easton again. Tol We were met outside with a friendly salesperson who showed us some SUVs without any pressure. We returned the next evening and found Easton again. Told him what we wanted, went for a test drive and negotiated a price an hour later. We stayed and hour and a half later past closing to finish paperwork and financing. Everybody involved was very nice and did not seem to mind working so late. Returned the next day for trade in drop off, meet the service manager and learn more about blue link and electronics set up. Would do business with Hyundai again and very pleased with my new Santa Fe. More

He did not pressure me, showed me exactly what I asked for with no games, and explained all the features of the car The salesman Eddie was excellent. He did not pressure me, showed me exactly what I asked for with no games, and explained all the features of the car thoroughly. Beware however, when you go into the financing office. Finance manager, Omar did not explain terms options available nor the optional additional charges. When I started to question them he had a bit of an attitude which I thought was unprofessional. Hopefully, they will make some improvements in the finance area as this will help make the whole car buying experience seamless, while making customers feel at ease during the whole process. So definitely don't let your guard down when you are in the financing room and please do your research as far as what is needed versus optional, and what other financing options you may have. More
