Sales experience awesome service terrible Sales experience cannot be beat friendly smiling faces ready to help you out. The service department should have told me they were too busy to get my Sales experience cannot be beat friendly smiling faces ready to help you out. The service department should have told me they were too busy to get my tire fixed but failed to do that. I took the car to tire Kingdom and had the job done in 15 minutes. Hearing other customers complaining of the 3 1/2 hours they were there I would say take the car to Jiffy Lube and be done in 30 minutes not 3 1/2 hours at a dealership poor ratings for service in the service department. More
