I think I am confident in writing a legit review on this dealership. I am kind of amazed I can sit here and give Rick Case 5 stars, because I had an issue with RC Honda in the past. Rick Case Hyundai was nothing compared to that one time. Since Saturday (the day I purchased my sexy, black Veloster) I have been nothing but happy with the outcomes! I seriously didn't think I was going to leave with a new car last Saturday at ALL. I had an appointment for the coming Tuesday this week with Toyota of South Florida, to check out the 2015 Rav4. Before settling with the Rav, I had the Hyundai brand in the back of my mind. Not only because it was a little bit more affordable. But because it is just a reliable brand, and the Veloster was so cute and sporty. So since I had some spare time Saturday, I called and booked an appointment that day for 12 pm. I was set up with a salesman named Kevin James when I walked in. He was so down to earth, and I felt instantly comfortable telling him my financial needs, and the kind of look of a car I was looking for. We test drove a few cars right away. I wasn't crazy about how large the Sonata was. The 2015 Elantra was nice, but nothing special once I saw it in person. When I spotted the all black Veloster, I knew that car was the one for me. It was fully loaded with back up cameras, sunroof, XM radio, leather seats, tints. It already had pitch black tints on it (HUGE BONUS ON MY PART) it was just perfect. Kevin haggled his way to help me out with the price as much as he possibly could. Not only was the decision easy, but the credit application and everything was no sweat. The dealership itself was very accommodating. I was handed free cold waters, cappuccinos, and popcorn. Whatever Kevin could do to add that extra frosting on the cake he did. I am a first time buyer, and in my last year of college. Most places immediately suggested a co-signer, or urged me to go the leasing route. I am a strong believer in investments. If I am going to make payments all the time, I might as well have something to show for it! My car came with 10 year, 100,000 mile power-train warranty as well, which sounds like a standard dealership slogan. Until you walk away from your car being serviced without spending a dollar like I did today. Also Rick Case gave me an award card for free car washes for life! (And discounts on gas.) I was happy to see they were able to be attentive to my concerns with prices from my TrueCar app. I can be a tough negotiator sometimes, but nothing Kevin couldn't handle. Glad I came here. Every dealership is a little shady, that is a given. What's important is if the good outweighs the bad. Which in this case, it did COMPLETELY.So sorry Toyota! Guess I didn't have the patience, or maybe just a change of heart. More
