Great Friendly Staff I came in just wanting to test drive the Veloster and just happened to get Donovan. I had no intention to buy. He wasn't pushy, had great personality I came in just wanting to test drive the Veloster and just happened to get Donovan. I had no intention to buy. He wasn't pushy, had great personality and was accommodating. When he said "I know you came in just for a test drive, but you know I just have to ask. What can I do to put you in the car today." I had to laugh. I said, ok, lets talk numbers knowing my resolve wouldn't budge. Long story short, I drove out with a new car that day and it took about an hour and some change from test drive to me driving home. Ozzie explained everything clearly and I didn't have an ounce of buyers remorse. I would shop for a new car from there again and probably will down the line. Thanks guys, you rock. More
