We found Michael Gaitan to be a bright and likeable sales person. He greeted us when we arrived and made us feel comfortable with your company. We explained that we were interested in a 2012 Sonata. We told Mike we positively wanted a white exterior color since the car will be sitting in the sun outside our condo. Mike immediately went to make sure that there was a white vehicle in stock since it appeared that one had been delivered by truck that very morning. He rode us on the golf cart to see the car and went over the features inside and under the hood. We were impressed with the Sonata. We were able to come to an agreement on the purchase of the car. Since we bought two vehicles, I have two reviews to write. Here it is again.... I was bringing my Tuscon for an oil change and while I was giving the tech my information, my son, Joey, was looki write. Here it is again.... I was bringing my Tuscon for an oil change and while I was giving the tech my information, my son, Joey, was looking around at cars to pass the time. When I finished, I went to look for him and someone (Andy) came in a golf cart beeping at me to get my attention. I thought I was maybe in the way of him passing, but he came looking for me to bring me to the area where my son was. Joey saw the Sonata and fell in love with it. I said I didn't think we could qualify for another vehicle, but Andy said let's try. So after looking at several vehicles, we went to the office and Feres helped us get Joey into a new car! The brand new 2012 Sonata isiIn his name as a co-signer! I thought his credit wasn't too good, but Feres, (who was also helping us), said it was fine. I couldn't believe it. Then after looking at the APR I was paying, he asked me if I wanted to trade my car in too. I was a bit confused becasue my Tuscon was only 7 months old. I never in a million years thought I could do that, but he made it happen. Not only is my APR 5.9 from 16, but I'm in a larger, more expensive vehicle - a Veracruz - and my payments are lower!!!! I can't thank them enough for all of their help. The entire staff there was remarkable! I'M TELLING EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!! More
