Terrible experience, worst customer service experience ever from Mr. Samuel Patterson. Same kind of service cost double in just 6 months apart. I feel like I've had have been robed. On 09/07/2023 I paid $ ever from Mr. Samuel Patterson. Same kind of service cost double in just 6 months apart. I feel like I've had have been robed. On 09/07/2023 I paid $84.79 for a oil change and tires rotation then on 03/14/2024 I paid for the same service $173.11 including a new daytime running bulb light (already out) that supposed to last longer then the cheap that I have been using (Mr Samuel Patterson words). At the end was paid the amount take or leave it kind of situation. Ugly!!! More

I called and spoke to the sales agent on a Friday throughout the day regarding a Specific Jaguar I wanted as it met all my criteria etc. He broke down the cost and had me send pictures of my trade in throughout the day regarding a Specific Jaguar I wanted as it met all my criteria etc. He broke down the cost and had me send pictures of my trade in vehicle as I explained I needed to drive over 4 hours to get there and trade it in and drive the new car back. He went to the manager and they offered me a range for my trade in which i was satisfied. I asked the sales guy what can we do today to secure this vehicle before I drive 4 to 5 hours tomorrow and someone might buy it before I get There? he giggled and assured me nobody could buy it because he gave the keys to his manager and the car was reserved for me. I had this happen to me years ago so I kept trying to get financing started that day but he said he wanted me to come see the car and we would easily do the financing in the morning. I said I would be there at 9am and leaving my house 430am. On the way there there was bad fog and i was running 30 minutes late so i called the dealership and they told me they sold the car last night before closing! I was so mad after driving 4.5 hours on top of the fact they assured me it was reserved for me. Anyway the manager said sorry it happens, the sales guy shouldn't have promised you. Then he actually tried to ask if i wanted to buy another car from them! Anyway, had to turn around and drive home with no vehicle purchase! Will never look at another car from this dealer again! More
