My experience this time was a little better than my previous visit which was absolutely terrible. No one greets you when you drop off your car for servicing after asking servicemen for help I was told previous visit which was absolutely terrible. No one greets you when you drop off your car for servicing after asking servicemen for help I was told to wait until someone is free. When I saw my car was ready i had to ask for my paperwork so I could get checked out. Before driving off I noticed they didn’t reset on service indicator therefore I had to go back to the service desk to have this done. I have continued to receive emails and texts messages saying I missed my appointment. For a company that been in business for so many years I cannot understand that you don’t know how to service your customers. More
