God awful doesnt even begin to describe my experience with them. I wish I never got my GV80 from them and would trade in the extra warranty Rick Case Gives in a heart beat. I have the full Tire plan, got a nail in tire. Had to wait a week for an appointment to begin with. Great. It didn’t lose air thank god during that week. They come take the car and leave me a loaner with barely 30 miles left on it, so I had to first get gas. Gave me a loaner Thursday 9am 5/6/2021. Was told it would be back that evening before close. You’d think before they do all this one would confirm they even have my tire. Yeah. No. No tire. Don’t even call me back that night to tell me that!! Next day. We don’t have it, overnighted it from somewhere. It’s coming Saturday. Nothing. No update. Until Saturday at 5pm. We don’t have it. It’s coming Monday. Its Tuesday and havent heard from them since Saturday at 5pm. Meanwhile. No car seat and I have a BABY! Didn't plan to not have my car for a week. WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU TAKE MY CARE TO REPLACE A TIRE BEFORE YOU CHECK IF YOU HAVE THE TIRE?? I Have never seen more incompetent people in my life. And I only wanted Rick Case because the warranty and its hysterical because what good is a warranty if I guess if I need it ever it will be the same production. No answer all day Monday, and the Tuesday. Nothing. Then when I get upset I’m told to calm down and they would walk over the note to the service department. I said that’s beautiful. The same thing happened yesterday and no one followed up with me. So I need to know it will be replied to. They have been nothing but god awful. This is only story 1 of 3 others and I have the car Under two months. Now today Wednesday, they got the tire finally this morning. I get called that they cant find my wheel locks. Where did I put them Im asked. I didn't even know I had them. Where would they be because I JUST got the car and no one would have touched them. When I got my car they left out items that were on my sticker...so maybe that was one of them? They are NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. So its 5:45pm now and still no update. I can't even get a hold of them to tell them to BREAK THEM OFF with the way I found in a youtube video. A whole place full of techs and no one can check google and see its not rocket science. Honestly I have never seen such a production. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. As a service professional running major retail stores I understand service. They are trying to play in the luxury market and can barely run a flea market service operation. I WISH I NEVER GOT THIS CAR FROM THEM. More
From the beginning to the end it was a positive experience. Everyone was not pushy at all. We were free to look around and took our time. I brought my car in for a recall. Scheduling the appointment was easy. The Rep was great about giving me her number if I had any issues and needed to reschedule the appointment. My mechanic Robert L appointment was easy. The Rep was great about giving me her number if I had any issues and needed to reschedule the appointment. My mechanic Robert Labelle was excellent. He was friendly and informative. Service was efficient and done in a timely manner. I had a great first experience with this dealership! Joel Harrison who sold me the car came by to see me and see how I was doing and how the car was doing when he heard I was there for service. More
I've dealt with lots of dealers over the years. The high pressure tactics and shell games are all but expected when you attempt to buy a car these days. But Rick Case Genesis has taken the shady dealer repu pressure tactics and shell games are all but expected when you attempt to buy a car these days. But Rick Case Genesis has taken the shady dealer reputation game to a whole new level. Not only are they dishonest when it comes to pricing, but they are actually engaged in outright fraud with regards to selling their cars. I reviewed and signed a full, legally binding lease contract on paper. I signed every page. I initialed every section. It looked just like every other lease contract I had signed, and there was no indication anywhere that this was not a “real” contract. After I signed and initialed every page of the paper contract, the Finance manager then presented me with a tablet, and said that I would need to do the whole thing over again via Docusign to send directly to Hyundai. I thought this was strange, as I had just signed what appeared to be a full and complete lease contract, and have never had to do this in my prior leases, but he insisted it was identical, so I began the process. On page 2 of the electronic contract, I noticed a financial discrepancy with the paper contract. After some back and forth between employees, the manager indicated that the paper documents I had just spent 45 minutes reviewing and signing didn’t matter, and that they weren’t even supposed to be using them any. He took them from me and told the Finance Manager to shred them. Of course, this meant I couldn’t compare the paper contract to the electronic one to identify more potential discrepancies which may have materially altered the deal. The Finance manager kept insisting that we were nearly done, and that the only thing that mattered was that the monthly payment was the same. He insisted that I finish reviewing and signing the electronic contract to complete the transaction, but continued to refuse me access to the paper lease contract I had signed in order to ensure there were no further discrepancies. To add insult to injury, literally, I was verbally attacked by multiple employees throughout my time trying to resolve this issue, including the General Manager. Understandably, I walked away from the deal. I’ve never felt the need to leave a bad review for a dealer before, but this experience was so egregious, everyone needs to know to stay as far away from Rick Case as possible. They are on a whole different level of immorality. More
