Brought my car to Rick Cade Hyundai for routine maintenance and came out with damage to my passenger side of the car with dents and scratches from their car wash! They said they wanted to take my maintenance and came out with damage to my passenger side of the car with dents and scratches from their car wash! They said they wanted to take my car to check it, and when they brought it back, they had buffed it out and took the car wash material from the side of my car. They did this without my verbal or written consent which I believe is a violation of state laws! Then their general manager told me there was nothing else they could do and left my car with scratches and a dent. They admitted they saw the damage on camera from their car wash. The general manager, Fares Abualown, told me to go ahead and take it to the next level. So that is what I am doing! Don’t go to Rick Case anywhere!! They have a culture of dishonesty and arrogance all the way to the top!!! They don’t care about you or your car after you buy it! More
WORST COMPANY EVER! I will never lease another vehicle from this company ever again!! I've been leasing for over 10 years and I never dealt with such horrible customer s I will never lease another vehicle from this company ever again!! My engine light came on 10/31/23 and the next appointment to be seen at RICK CASE HYUNDAI PLANTATION AND DAVIE is December 14,2023. I booked the appointment and then proceeded to call Rick case Hyundai to see if there is anything that can be done so that I am not waiting over a month to be seen for my engine light that is on. I called and spoke with Devin who advised me that they see over 300 cars a day and my engine light being on is not of a major concern and if I don't feel comfortable driving the car I can have the car towed to them, I asked if I could get a loaner being that I work 6 days a week and wouldn't be able to tow my car without having another car and Devin said that is not up to him and the manager can give me a call. I asked when will the manager call because last time I waited over 4 days for a phone call from the manager in result to another issue. Devin advised me that he is not sure when I will receive a call but will put in a request. Within 15 minutes after hanging up with Devin I received a call from the service supervisor Justin Jackson who advised me that I only have 2 options which are they will tow my car if I don't feel comfortable to drive it or wait until December 14,2023 to be seen because they are servicing over 300 cars and won't be able to check my car until my appointment. I also asked Justin Jackson if I come in before my appointment will I be seen and Justin Jackson advised me that I will not be seen and they will turn me away because they are seeing over 300 cars a day. Rick case Hyundai lacks empathy, sympathy and professionalism. I will never lease a car from RICK CASE HYUNDAI AGAIN! The way that I've been treated in regards to just trying to maintain the maintenance on my car is preposterous. Justin Jackson advised me that if I speak to the manager Colin Lord it will be a waste of time because he is going to tell me the same exact thing that he advised me. I believe Rick Case Hyundai should do a training class on customer service because they are not abiding by their mission statement which is” to create exceptional automotive value for our customers by harmoniously blending safety, quality and efficiency. Buyers beware, reputation of dealer's internet sales team is true! Was ready and willing to pay full price for a used CPO vehicle and pick-up within two or three days. Initial call with salesperson Carl went is true! Was ready and willing to pay full price for a used CPO vehicle and pick-up within two or three days. Initial call with salesperson Carl went well with promises to have manager Juan Duque reach out to secure vehicle and finalize details including additional dealer addendums/fees before my drive down from Orlando. Repeated calls to the sales desk over the next few days were met with promises to call back only to be met with silence. No call or texts response back, just total ghosting for what should’ve been an easy sale for a vehicle sitting on their lot for months. I can only conclude the vehicle does not exist and is part of a bait-and-switch scam (similar to other reviewer’s experience) and/or sales team is totally unprofessional. A shame for Hyundai as their vehicles improve but their dealer network continues to underperform. More

I have reached out to corporate to complain and now corporate isn't responding back. Typical car dealer. More
