Came in for an appointment at 9:45 am for a vibration in my tires. The car only has 12,800 miles on it. After one and a half hours they came to tell me that I required 2 brand new tires. When I questioned w my tires. The car only has 12,800 miles on it. After one and a half hours they came to tell me that I required 2 brand new tires. When I questioned why, they came back another hour later to tell me that the tires were defensive. Before they would put on new tires they had to contact the manufacturer. Now I’m told that the manufacturer is only offering $30 off the cost (30,000 miles tires). We are still here and it has been almost 5 hours! They were more than happy to charge me full price or to take me home after I waited 4 hours! Worst service ever! More

Good experience for an oil change Took just 90 minutes. Too bad the car wash was broken. Robert Labelle was courteous and knew what to do. It was resolved. It was my first oil change and the process was fine. Went Tuesday as Monday was too busy they told me. I waited and had a coffee. there. It was just OK. I was hoping to see top of the line Hyundais in the showroom, But not to be. I do not know where the new cars are stored. I would go back here even if it takes 40 minutes to drive there. More

Engine light I asked this Robert Labelle to not give me back my car until it’s fixed properly because I keep having the same problems.
