First, I'll say that no matter what I write it next, it will not do the excellent service and experience that I just had at Rick Case Hyundai justice. I am a consumer reports subscriber and so I had a some expectations about the car that I was initially going to buy or lease. Despite doing weeks of homework ahead of time, I personally am never sure about a purchase until I move out of the research phase and into the buying phase. I initially met with Anthony Delgardio. I could tell right away that this young man was not going to try and lead the conversation. Instead he asked me some basic questions about the type of car that I was most interested in and also about buying or leasing. I briefly explained to him that I would be interested in learning more about both buying and leasing. I had committed one of the cardinal sins of car buying by not getting pre-approved before going to the dealership. However, I never felt that the dealership used this to their advantage. Right away I asked if we could run my credit to see what my options were. Luckily, I was approved to lease or finance basically anything I wanted. During test drives Anthony never tried to hard to impress me with vehicle stats. While he was certainly knowledgeable about each of the cars, he presented the info about each one to me in a manner that allowed me to decide what I liked best about each one. (Rather than try to get me excited about one just because it was more expensive) As I struggled to make a decision over the next few days Anthony stayed patient with me and respected my unwillingness to commit top anything without having every detail explained first. When I decided I had enough info after the first night, it was a pleasant exchange of good byes between me, him and Anthony Terezza (whom was asked by Delgardio to help explain to me how leases are calculated.) This was a nice departure from a common experience buyers have when the sales man "warn you" that the vehicle your interested in might not last if you don't act now. After three days, I finally had my mind made up. I decided to lease SONATA 2.0 Turbo. After I was verbally committed and satisfied with my potential lease payment, Anthony Terezza left the office for a few minutes before we proceeded. I expected him to come back with a list of "extras" before we proceeded. Instead he comes back into the room with a new LOWER PRICE that will save me $1250 over my three year lease. That was nearly a full 10% discount off of the price that I was already going to be happy with. I have never felt so satisfied at the end of a car transaction. Start to finish, I was treated with respect I will be back next year once my fiance isa working nurse and it is time to get her a new whip. Best of luck to everyone at Rick Case. More

Everything that was discussed came to pass as advised. . .the biggest problem was colors & that was between my wife & I. Fortunately everything was resolved & we are a happy customer. This was a great experience! I worked with John Henry mostly on the internet. I was using a plan E for Hyundai employees and family members. After I had my brother (who works for Hyundai)give Mr. Henry a mostly on the internet. I was using a plan E for Hyundai employees and family members. After I had my brother (who works for Hyundai)give Mr. Henry a call, it was smotth sailing. My time at the dealership was not long at all. I basically bought a black 2011 GLS Tuscon site unseen. I had tried another dealer who wanted to put me in the only one they had on their lot (white). I asked if I could get the black one that Rick Case had advertised. They told me "no" stating that the dealership denied the request because they out sold them the previous month. And they kept trying to push me into purchasing the white one. Needless to say, I had my borther contact John Henry. He found the black one that I wanted at another dealer. Said there would be no problem getting it at their dealership. He was right. This was Friday night and I picked the truck up Saturday afternoon! When I met with finance manager,Daniel Bryant,he was just as nice and professional as John Henry. And I told him about my experience with the other dealer and how I thought I would basically get the same treament from Rick Case. Boy was I wrong! I will definitely reccomend this dealership to anybody who is in the market for a car. Even if they are not looking for a Hyundai. The professionalism and courtesy alone had me sold. Customer service is rare these days but not for these 2 guys. Thanks a million! More

Anthony was just wonderful! I wanted to get a pre-owned car and he listened to what I wanted and helped me get a Santa Fe..I am so happy with it! This was my first experience purchasing a new car and Anthony made it a very pleasant one. I was very firm about my budget and there was no pressure to stray from that. I wanted leather installed, and Anthony made sure the whole process was seamless (no pun intended!). He had a loaner vehicle gassed and ready to go. I have been a customer of Rick Case Hyundai before and was extremely satisfied. This current visit and lease of a 2011 Genesis is no different. They make you feel like family and you get the feeling they was extremely satisfied. This current visit and lease of a 2011 Genesis is no different. They make you feel like family and you get the feeling they really, really care about you and your requirements. I know that I need not go to any other dealership to fulfill my car requirements. Hyundai has come a long way and I can imagine their R&D people will carry them further. I am extremely happy with my relationship with Anthony Delgardio who handled the transaction with professionalism and caused me to place complete confidence in him and the dealership.
