Rick Case Hyundai Roswell

This was a great experience! I worked with John Henry mostly on the internet. I was using a plan E for Hyundai employees and family members. After I had my brother (who works for Hyundai)give Mr. Henry a call, it was smotth sailing. My time at the dealership was not long at all. I basically bought a black 2011 GLS Tuscon site unseen. I had tried another dealer who wanted to put me in the only one they had on their lot (white). I asked if I could get the black one that Rick Case had advertised. They told me "no" stating that the dealership denied the request because they out sold them the previous month. And they kept trying to push me into purchasing the white one. Needless to say, I had my borther contact John Henry. He found the black one that I wanted at another dealer. Said there would be no problem getting it at their dealership. He was right. This was Friday night and I picked the truck up Saturday afternoon! When I met with finance manager,Daniel Bryant,he was just as nice and professional as John Henry. And I told him about my experience with the other dealer and how I thought I would basically get the same treament from Rick Case. Boy was I wrong! I will definitely reccomend this dealership to anybody who is in the market for a car. Even if they are not looking for a Hyundai. The professionalism and courtesy alone had me sold. Customer service is rare these days but not for these 2 guys. Thanks a million! More

We had a difficult time narrowing down which vehicle that we wanted. We had a certain price range and insurance cost for the car. Anthony provided us a quote that was specific to our needs and followed up with us several times to make sure that we were still interested. When we decided that we wanted a Sonata there were 3 dealerships that were within the scope of our search. Anthony's quote was in line with others, but the deciding factor was the 20 year/200,000 mile warranty that was good at all Hyundai dealers. When we were finally ready to make the purchase, Anthony had the car ready before we stepped into the showroom. We test drove it and then came to his office to go over the quote. It was just as he had stated in his email, no surprises. While we waited for Daniel Bryant to help us in financing the vehicle, Anthony got us acquainted with the vehicle, even so much as to set up my wife's Iphone in the car. That is exceptional service. The only negative of the day was that we had to wait about 2 hours for financing. Apparently, some had not come to work so Daniel was covered with folks getting their cars financed. Once we were in his office the process was very smooth and he was very apologetic. The general manager spoke with us about the situation and gave us a free oil change coupon, and Daniel threw in a free detailing with the oil change. I believe that Rick Case Hyundai in Roswell was trying very hard to treat us right. Anthony and Daniel sure did! More

I have been a customer of Rick Case Hyundai before and was extremely satisfied. This current visit and lease of a 2011 Genesis is no different.
