So,I went into the dealership to looking at a Tuscon. They gave me a quote price which I thought was too high. The sales person asked by how much and I told him $1500. As I was leaving, the sales manager told the salesman he would split the difference ($750). I told the salesman I would consider it and left. Today I called to reserve the call and NOW, the sales manager would NOT honor the $750 discount. He said it was only valid THAT DAY. I told the salesman that he didn't tell me that and he apologized that it was HIS mistake but there was nothing he could do about it. OBVIOUSLY, the ratings HERE are very accurate with this dealership. Sadly. DON'T TRUST THEM and get EVERYTHING IN WRITING. More
took our 2022 sonata in for the lane sensors not working they stopped working as we were on a trip out of town going up 75 north at 7500 miles orange triangle light came on. took car in got a call saying it they stopped working as we were on a trip out of town going up 75 north at 7500 miles orange triangle light came on. took car in got a call saying it will cost nearly $600.00 to fix this safety feature because the car was "hit" even though we were in it going up the road when the light came on and they quite working. the car had been fine before the light came on when i ask when it got hit and to show me the manager Steve said he could not but a bracket was bent even though there are no marks on the car or scratches or dents .Steve refused to prove when and how the car got "hit" and was a complete waste of time .Steve and Bruce the service boy said that it was a very sensitive piece of equipment and had to be aimed exact so i ask why it stopped working at the time it did and not when they said it supposedly got hit neither one could answer the question .I plan on selling this car when i go and let them rip me off .I will not own a car that the service people lie on you just to make money, they never even offered to help with the price of their scam since the car has such low mile much less fix it under that "great warranty. I truley think if our car had been hit hard enough to bend a metal bracket that we would know it and see exterior damage " . Don't waste your money or time doing business here More
Ok lets go with the update. Giving one star as there is not yet a minus. Its been 4 years since I paid off my Hyundai to Chase bank. I still dont have my title. I have started the process to take them to court which should be fun. I will be here everyday updating my progress as this is a clear case of fraud. I dont care who is at fault but I paid off this car and enough is enough. xxxx shame as I thought so highly of this company. More
Dishonest and condescending staff. I bought a used Subaru here in July 2021. Within days after driving it home, it started having mechanical issues. In total I spent more than $3,000 on repairs, including when the brakes nearly failed twice. I contacted the dealer immediately after the first mechanical problems and it took them more than a week to respond. I asked that they refund some of the cost of my repairs and they refused. They said if I had contacted them earlier, they would have done the work for free. When I said I had contacted them immediately, they lied and said they had replied as soon as they received the message. I filed a BBB complaint against the dealer and they fought me the entire way. Surely this is not how a dealer wants to do business, right? I guess Rick Case does because they really stuck it to me. Avoid them like the plague. I had terrific service with Bruce Vernon. Seldom and I met someone in the service department that technically was very knowledgeable and had incredible people skills. My wife and I had a small business and having good staff that would watch the owners back and be 100% supportive and cheerful is incredibly rare today. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere! I bought a 2017 Tucson in December 2020. I’ve had the car less than 8 months. I was able to get it to the dealership and they’ve been a disaster to deal. They didn’t have a car for me to drive nor did they offer any solutions. It is now a week later Monday - and I’ve heard zip. I still haven’t been given a car to drive. My calls haven’t been returned. It’s been a horrible experience. A week later and I have no update on my car, no returned calls, no loaner car…how is this okay?!? It’s 100% not. I urge anyone considering this dealership to run as far as you can in the opposite direction. More
Brand new car was delivered damaged yet they won’t fix it. We’ve heard every excuse from weather to the General Manager being on vacation to our salesperson having surgery. Worst service ever!!! I had previously purchased 4 cars from this dealership and I will NEVER again. They lost a loyal customer. The 2018 Elantra that I purchased new had been in their service shop 3 time from this dealership and I will NEVER again. They lost a loyal customer. The 2018 Elantra that I purchased new had been in their service shop 3 times for the same issue. One time for a whole month. Nobody there could figure out what was wrong with the car. They sent me home with the problem unresolved only to happen again a few months later. This last time service refused to offer a loaner car and they would not keep me updated as to what the problem was. I had to call them only to get hung up on. Because they refused to offer a loaner car and I had to cancel my special needs sons therapy and miss time from work. I explained to them that I am single mom and need transportation, they had absolutely no empathy and could care less. I had no way of getting my son to school or go to work without transportation. A 3 year old car should not be dying for no apparent reason. I even tried to see about buying a new car and trading that one in, they didn't really care to work with me with that either. So, that day , I pulled my car out of service took it down the street to Honda Carland , received wonderful customer service and drove off the lot with a new Honda Civic. Rick Case lost a loyal customer that day. More
I went to service my veloster turbo car 2015 model. Always get great service. Mike is in the service department who i always ask for. He makes sure my car is running well and safe. This has to be the textbook example of how not to run a dealership. There is no follow up or no calls back. Seriously, just the pits....we bought a Hyundai Santa Fe there and we were promised touch up work on the paint on the car and a SD card for the navigation system which this one did not have. We received no calls, no return calls and no satisfaction. My wife went into the dealership and Ryan, the Finance Manager, totally ignored her. This man is so unprofessional and will not show any courtesy towards her at all. Got his check and go away in his eyes. Bottom line folks...been in sales for over 35 years....if I treated my customers like this, I would of been fired 35 years ago. BUYER BEWARE and totally avoid this dealership...they are truly the worst!!!! More
