Exactly what is expected from a great dealer. My experience with this dealer was perfect. There was never any pressure what so ever. They explained the product very well, although this was a new product and some questions they couldn't answer right away. The dealer itself looks brand new so that's always a plus. Felix was very patient with me and went over all the details. Tiffany later showed me things that the car could do that I didn't even knew existed in a car. This in turn help make my decision of purchasing the Giulia vs a C300 or 335. I would highly recommend Rick Case in Weston. More

They did not charge anything! Now we are happy and they are happy also. Stephanie at the call center is awesome. She is very kind and always try to help. More

An experience like no other! If you are in the market for a high end luxury sedan and Maserati is on your list, then you owe it to yourself to visit Rick Case Maserati in Weston. If you are in the market for a high end luxury sedan and Maserati is on your list, then you owe it to yourself to visit Rick Case Maserati in Weston. But, even if you haven't consider the brand just go and visit..... This is by far the most pleasant buying experience I ever had. I left with the keys of a beautiful Quattroporte thanks to Hugh, Bryan and Carlos. What an awesome team. Patience, respect, understanding, willingness to help and much more. They have followed up with me every step of the way, and the other day when I dropped by to finish some documents, Hugh asked if I needed my car washed. Customer service at its best. Go and check them out! Great job guys. Keep it like this and I am convinced that soon you will be selling more cars than you can keep in your lot. More

Connie Johnson was attentive, patient, listened and HEARD and delivered every single one of my requirements. We did most of the deal, which included a vehicle trade, via phone as I live over an hour from their dealership. My budget was tight, I had 1 particular vehicle picked out, I was adamant about not being baited, then switched once I arrived at the dealership, and my standards are very high regarding customer service and business integrity. Not one surprise when I got there, everything was just as she said it would be....actually, that was a surprise...a very pleasant one! The price was cheap, the staff was uber friendly, and I love my Fiat. Thank you, Connie and Rick Case:) More

Excellent!!! Last week I bought a new Maserati Quattroporte and they were great! I wasn't planing on buying the car that day but Connie and Bryan were very helpful Last week I bought a new Maserati Quattroporte and they were great! I wasn't planing on buying the car that day but Connie and Bryan were very helpful, flexible and gave me a great deal that I couldn't refuse. And this was just the begging ... after that Karissa was very patient going through the finance and Carlos gave me all the support and attention I needed. I had to adjust some documents and Carlos came to my office and made sure everything was fine until the delivery of the car. Rick Case did a very good job on creating a great team! I was very impressed with the high level of the services and I can assure that this was my best experience buying a car ever. Definitely Rick Case has a new and loyal customer! This is the third Maserati I have purchased and by far Hugh made it the most enjoyable. Everyone from the manager to finance (Carlos Campo)tried to accommodate me and succeeded in doing so. Hugh was totally straight with me, no negotiating tactics, just professional, caring ethic. I drove my new Maserati off the lot within 2 hours from start to finish including test driving three vehicles.Great job Hugh.
